Our comprehensive survey process ensures you receive tailored guidance and detailed assessment, starting with a no obligation initial consultation and potentially culminating in a thorough on-site evaluation and follow-up.
Free Introductory Call
The first step in commissioning a survey is brief phone call where we discuss whether a survey will be useful to you.
Phone Consultation
Schedule a £40, no obligation 45-minute consultation. I will review any images and information you can provide about the property prior to the call.
On-Site Building Survey
If a survey is commissioned, we will then set a time budget and schedule a visit, normally within two weeks of the call.
Follow-Up Call
Once you have received your report, post-survey telephone support is available depending on the survey commissioned.
